The villa is a privately owned home, where you will find lots of home comforts and high quality furniture. The living area is airy and open-plan with a comfortable seating area, a dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen including De Dietrich fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, oven and hob. We have also included a TV/DVD (with "FreeSat" for English TV and radio) and CD/MP3 player with iPod docking station.

From the salon, there are 2 sets of patio doors which open onto the outside decking, with a small garden and a natural beach beyond that. In the distance are the yacht masts of Port Leucate and the Pyrenees. The main beach is just a 5 minute (nude) walk away.

Upstairs, the master bedroom (double) has a balcony overlooking the lagoon and a ceiling fan for overnight comfort. The second bedroom (twin) also overlooks the lagoon and is fitted with a ceiling fan. The third bedroom is at the back of the house and is suitable for children. The shower room is luxuriously finished with a large power shower and granite topped cabinets.

On the south-facing deck, we have provided a substantial table, chairs, large parasol, gas BBQ to enjoy meals a l'exterieur. Also provided for your comfort are two luxury sun loungers. The north-facing patio is mainly shaded during the day and also contains a table and chairs.

The villa is located in the naturist section of the Port Leucate development, 22 miles north of Perpignan, on a 4 mile strip of land with sandy beaches on one side and an 8000 acre salt lake on the other.

The naturist area is self-contained with a supermarket, butcher, bakery, wine shop and a selection of other shops and boutiques. There is also a selection of restaurants and bars that can be enjoyed without having to venture into the old village of Leucate, some 4 miles away.

Please note that the villa contains a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult.
