Prices quoted are for the villa per week. We accept payment in either Euros or UK Pounds.
Prices in sterling are based on the exchange rate at time of payment.

These prices include all utilities, including WiFi.

On your arrival you will find a 'welcome pack' consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice, water and a chilled bottle of Limoux, our local sparkling wine. Also, for your comfort on the beach, we provide beach mats, a selection of wind-breaks and a “cool bag” with freezer blocks to keep your refreshments at the perfect temperature all day long!

We make every effort to ensure our calendar is up to date, but please confirm any dates with us before arranging your flights.

We appreciate how much luggage space linen and towels can use, especially if you are flying hand-luggage only with a low-cost airline. Therefore, we are pleased to offer three different options to suit your individual requirements.

Sheets & Pillowcases (square) – 8€ per person
Bath, hand and tea towels – 6€ per person
Beach towels – 5€ per person

All linen is high quality, 100% pure cotton.

Cleaning - We offer 2 options: a cleaning fee of 100€ or a 'self-clean' option (cleaning materials are provided).

Payment terms - a £200 / 200€ deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday (June - August).
Check-in times between 4pm and 7pm.
Check-out time before 10am.
